ZYOD was doing $24M ARR serving 1,000+ brands — but their entire factory operation ran on manual tracking, WhatsApp messages, and gut feeling.

Working capital worth crores was locked up because nobody knew where fabric was. Production bottlenecks were invisible until orders were late. Sewing machines ran at unknown efficiency. Quality issues got caught at shipment, not at source.

They didn't need another dashboard. They needed an operating system for their factories.

Build the factory's nervous system

I joined as Head of Product, Tech & Design and built from zero. No legacy system to work with — we created the entire digital infrastructure.

→ QR-code WMS: Every fabric roll, every garment, every shipment — tracked with QR codes. This alone unlocked ₹11-12 Cr (~$1.4M) in blocked working capital.
→ Factory Digital Twin: Real-time visualization of the entire production floor. Know what's happening on every machine, every line, every minute.
→ IoT on 700+ sewing machines: Partnered with IIT Delhi for R&D. Real-time efficiency monitoring — operators, machines, bottlenecks all visible instantly.
→ Fabric lifecycle management: Cut fabric cycle time from 23 days to under 7 days — a 70% reduction that directly improved cash flow.
→ Team scaled to 30: Built and led the entire product, engineering, and design organization from scratch.
